Cindy Ronning

I started selling real estate in 1988. In 1995 I started my own company SunLite Realty Corp., servicing Southern NH and Northern MA.    I trained, managed and sold my own real estate for 20 years.  In 2015 I merged with Century 21 North East "To give you Hometown service with the power of a franchise".   I have years of experience in selling residential from new construction to totally re-renovating foreclosure properties. I also lease and sell commercial properties.  Year after year I have sold millions of dollars of gross sales volume. When I merged with C-21 NE we were eleven offices and located in two states.  C-21 NE now has over forty offices and in six states with over 900 agents.

I am very active in my community. I am a director in Pelham Community Spirit.  The group sponsors the Southern NH Festival of Trees, sponsor concerts, give grants to local organizations and many other community functions.  I am an active member in the Pelham VFW Auxiliary. We support Veterans' and their families. I am also VP of Little Island Pond Association.  Our responsibility is to test and maintain water quality.

I have three dogs who need love and play time. I also love most sports.
